1. What is E-TAG?

E-TAG is an online/ web-based channel that allows Highway 2000 East-West T-Tag customers to top-up their accounts using a debit or credit card.

2. How do I get an E-TAG?

You must first open a T-Tag account at any of our toll plazas and have the companion swipe card issued ready to provide its 16-digit number to initiate your E-TAG.

3. Why am I unable to sign-up?

When entering your card’s 16-digit number, please ensure you enter numbers only. Do not enter symbols. Please also ensure the name used during sign-up matches the name on the T-Tag account. If you are still unable to sign-up, please feel free to contact us using the details provided on our home page.

4. How long does it take for my account to be updated?

Your balance updates will take approximately two (2) hours.

5. What should I do if my balance is incorrect?

If you believe your balance is incorrect, please contact us using the details provided on our home page.

6. What should I do if I cannot remember my password?

You can recover your password by clicking on the password recovery link on the homepage and following the instructions.

7. Why am I not seeing my recent passage through the toll online?

It takes approximately two (2) hours for your recent toll passage to be reflected. If after this period you still do not see your records, please feel free to contact us for using the details provided on our home page.
